Mingwen Zhang received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2008. Subsequently, Mingwen Zhang graduated from Loyola Law School in 2014 with another LL.M. Mingwen Zhang has worked at the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Algeria for more than four years. Mingwen Zhang also has experience in handling civil, criminal, penal and administrative matters. Her work includes consulting on the rights and freedoms of citizens and on legal measures and procedures for the effective protection of these rights and freedoms, as well as analyzing national legislation against international standards.
